Senior Cybersecurity Engineer
Design, deploy and harden security controls for enterprise and government clients across Kuwait.
About the role
You will lead security engagements end to end: assessing client environments, designing controls across network, endpoint and cloud, and running the deployment with our partner technologies. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to our security operations playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Lead security assessments and gap analyses against ISO 27001 and NCA controls
- Design and deploy firewall, EDR, email and cloud security controls
- Run incident response and threat hunting with the SOC team
- Produce bilingual technical documentation and client handover packs
- Mentor junior engineers and support pre-sales solution design
Required qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years hands-on enterprise cybersecurity experience
- Strong knowledge of Fortinet, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike or Tenable stacks
- Professional English and Arabic communication
Preferred qualifications
- CISSP, OSCP, or vendor expert-level certification
- Experience in Kuwait or GCC government projects
- Cloud security experience on Azure or Google Cloud
